Consultations and Training Appointments

  • If cancellation occurs within 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will apply, as this time may not be able to be rebooked at such short notice.
  • I do not support the use of aversive training tools, electronic devices, prong collars or check/choker chains. 
  • Paw Power endeavours to address your dog’s individual circumstances, however, I cannot guarantee specific behavioural outcomes or changes. Your dedication, patience and consistent adherence to training advice are essential for achieving success.
  • Please feel comfortable with our pricing prior to purchasing, as refunds are only issued under special circumstances.
  • All programs must be completed in the required time. Please check individual programs prior to booking.
